Shipping Policy for Original Artworks

At Pavlinsky, every original artwork is handled with the same care and intention with which it was created. Each piece is carefully prepared, protected, and shipped to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Complimentary Worldwide Shipping

Complimentary worldwide shipping is included with all original artworks.

Shipping costs, professional packaging, and standard transit insurance are covered by Pavlinsky unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local import fees remain the responsibility of the collector.

Processing Time

Original artworks are prepared for shipment within 5–10 working days after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For commissioned works, shipping is arranged once the artwork has been completed, approved, and the final balance has been fully settled.

You will receive confirmation once your artwork has been prepared for dispatch.

Packaging

All original artworks are professionally and securely packaged to ensure safe transport.

Depending on the size and format of the work, artworks are shipped either:

  • Flat packed (for smaller works)
  • Rolled in a protective tube (for larger unstretched canvas works)
  • Crated (for large-scale or high-value works, when required)

Each artwork is carefully protected using professional packing materials suitable for fine art transport.

Shipping Method

Shipping is arranged through trusted courier partners selected according to destination, artwork size, and value.

All shipments include:

  • Tracking
  • Insurance
  • Signature on delivery (where available)

Shipping method and courier are selected at the Artist’s discretion to ensure the safest and most reliable delivery.

Customs & Import Duties

For international deliveries, collectors are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local handling fees applied by their country.

These charges are not included unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Pavlinsky is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • Switzerland: 1–3 working days
  • Europe: 3–7 working days
  • International: 5–14 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier handling, or circumstances beyond control.

Insurance & Responsibility

All original artworks are shipped with appropriate insurance whenever available.

In the unlikely event of damage or loss in transit, claims will be handled through the courier’s insurance process.

Collectors are asked to inspect the package upon arrival and report any visible damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Please retain all original packaging materials and provide photographs of both the packaging and artwork if needed for an insurance claim.

Framing

Unless otherwise agreed, original artworks are shipped unframed.

If framing has been arranged by prior agreement, additional preparation time may apply.

Delivery Information

Collectors are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

Pavlinsky is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information.

Local Collection

Local collection or private delivery may be arranged by appointment where available.
