Refund policy
Our approach
Each Pavlinsky work is made and chosen with care, and we want you to live with it happily for a long time. If something is not right, please get in touch and we will do our best to put it right.
In-stock items
Standard in-stock items, such as unframed open-edition prints, may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Once the item is back with us and has been checked, we refund to your original payment method.
Original paintings
Original paintings may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are returned undamaged and in their original packaging. For originals, return shipping and insurance are arranged by the client and at the client's cost. We recommend using an insured art courier, as the piece remains your responsibility until it reaches us safely.
Made-to-order work
Commissions, bespoke pieces and prints framed to order are produced to your specification and are therefore exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. This does not affect our commitment to quality: if a made-to-order piece arrives damaged or faulty, we will of course make it right.
Damaged in transit
Please inspect your work on arrival. If anything has been damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours at pavlina@pavlinsky.com with photographs of the packaging and the piece, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
How to arrange a return
Before returning anything, please contact the studio at pavlina@pavlinsky.com or on WhatsApp at +41 76 229 15 34 so we can confirm the details with you. We usually reply within 48 hours, or two working days. Refunds are issued once we have received and checked the returned item.
Your statutory rights
These terms sit alongside your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, which remain unaffected.
