Privacy policy
Your privacy matters
This policy explains how Pavlinsky, the alpine-art studio operated by Marian Podola in Zermatt, Switzerland, handles your personal data when you visit the store, make an enquiry or place an order. We keep this simple and treat your information with care.
What we collect
We collect the information needed to serve you well: your name, contact details, delivery address and order details. We also collect basic information about how the store is used, through cookies, to keep it working properly.
How we use it
We use your data to fulfil and deliver your orders, to reply to your enquiries and to keep you informed about your purchase. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Who processes your data
Our store runs on Shopify, which acts as our store platform and hosts the site. Payment and shipping are handled by our payment and delivery providers. These partners act as our processors and only handle your data to provide their part of the service.
Legal basis
Your personal data is handled in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Cookies
We use cookies for basic store functionality, such as keeping your cart and session working, and for analytics that help us understand how the store is used and improve it.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email marian@pavlinsky.com and we will respond, usually within 48 hours or two working days.
