How we ship

Every work leaves the studio in Zermatt packed with real care. Originals and framed pieces are prepared to museum standard using specialist art packaging; works larger than 100 cm are shipped rolled in a protective tube unless you ask us to ship them flat. Prints are dispatched in rigid, moisture-resistant packaging.

We ship worldwide by insured art courier, with tracking on every order so you can follow your piece from our door to yours.

Shipping costs

Shipping within Europe is free. For destinations outside Europe, shipping is calculated according to size, weight and destination, then confirmed with you after purchase and before dispatch, so there are no surprises.

Prices are shown in Swiss francs, for example CHF 90 for an A4 print or CHF 1'200 for an original, with taxes included where applicable.

Processing and delivery times

• Fine-art giclée prints are dispatched within about three to five working days.
• Original paintings held at the studio ship within about five to seven working days.
• Commissions follow their agreed timeline, typically six to ten weeks, and are dispatched once the balance is settled.

Delivery times after dispatch depend on your location and the courier's schedule; your tracking details will give the most accurate estimate.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside Switzerland and the EU, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. If you would like an estimate before ordering, we are glad to help where we can.

Certificate of authenticity

Every original painting is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, signed by the artist.
